Some families have that spot. The one they return to every summer. The one where shoes come off before you've even parked the car, and the only agenda is who jumps in first.

For this little crew — mum, dad, and their one year old — that spot is Newcastle's Ocean Baths.

We spent the morning doing what they do best: splashing, laughing, and introducing their little one to the very best of a Newcastle summer. Wide eyes, salty air, and pure joy all round.

No prompts needed. No posing required. Just a young family completely in their element, doing their favourite thing, at their favourite place.

And that's exactly where the magic lives.
